We have taken a liking to the challenge of a 100 year old farmhouse in need of some care or transforming a prior used space into a new beginning. With an unlimited license in North Carolina, our opportunities are limitless, but we intentionally focus on smaller new builds and upfits in the greater Charlotte area.
Rental
We own and manage multiple houses in North and South Carolina with a variety of price points to meet most needs.
Tiny Homes
We have developed and built multiple tiny homes in the area. From a mother in law suite in the back yard, to a vacation home in the mountains, to solutions for these less fortunate, the possibilities are endless.
